The Little Trading Company offers a variety of resources including, but not limited to:
- NinjaTrader indicators and trading utilities.

- Reviews of third-party "trading gurus" and digital content creators.
- Access to a private Discord community.
- Free resources for non-paying visitors.
2. Membership and Access
2.1 Non-Paying Members: Visitors may browse product descriptions, names, and access designated free resources. Use of free materials is subject to these same Terms.
2.2 Paying Members: Full access to indicators, utilities, and the Discord community is reserved for paying members. Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials or "leaking" indicators/utilities to non-members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Software License and Use
- All NinjaTrader indicators and utilities provided by The Little Trading Company are leased, not sold.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal trading activities for as long as you are paying member in good standing.
- Any attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate or mimic our logic, methodology, source code or strategies is considered a breach of this terms of service agreement.
4. Content and Reviews
Our reviews of "trading gurus" are based on subjective analysis and publicly available information. These reviews are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party claims or our assessment of them.
5. Discord Community Standards
Membership in our Discord is a privilege, not a right. Members must maintain a professional decorum. Harassment, hate speech, or spamming will result in removal from the server. The Little Trading Company is not responsible for the personal opinions expressed by other members within the community.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including educational guides, software logic, and website content, are the intellectual property of The Little Trading Company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
By using our products and services, you expressly understand and agree to the following terms:
- Assumption of Risk: Trading involves substantial risk. You are solely and completely responsible for any financial, monetary, or other risks you undertake, as well as all outcomes resulting from your trading activities.
- No Guarantees or Warranties: While we maintain a best-effort level of quality and use these products ourselves, all services and products are provided "as is." The Little Trading Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, stability, or results of any product within your specific trading environment.
- Operational Responsibilities: You are exclusively responsible for maintaining your own connectivity to trading platforms, continuously monitoring your trades, and managing any trade execution provided by our products.
- Exclusion of Liability: The Little Trading Company, its employees, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, system downtime, or software malfunctions on the NinjaTrader platform.
- Release of Liability: By utilizing our products, you accept full responsibility for your trading environment and explicitly release The Little Trading Company from any and all liability, financial or otherwise.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, product, or price point at any time without prior notice, except for obligations to existing paid subscription terms.

We do not request, collect, or store your account logins, passwords, API keys, or multi-factor authentication credentials for NinjaTrader, brokers, prop firms, or any third-party platforms.
